It is also important to encourage your students to arrive at school on time. Daily grades are given to students based on their performance. It is your responsibility to teach students pre-trip skills, on-the-road skills, and maneuvering skills during your training sessions. In addition, instructors have a responsibility to ensure students clean up after themselves. Maintaining a clean truck and facility is part of this. Job Requirements: Must have a current California Commercial Class A Drivers License and current (DMV printout) Must have a current DOT medical certificate. Must have a positive attitude, your attitude reflects on the students Must have a minimum of 3 years of verifiable work experience with a commercial vehicle Must be able to pass a drug test.
