Full job description Summary As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers through door-to-door lead generation. Your goal is to engage homeowners, identify needs, and schedule appointments for our Sales Team. This is a high-energy, independent role were persistence and resilience lead to success. Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Renewal by Andersen's window and door products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential customers. Scheduling appointments for sales representatives to conduct in-home consultations with interested homeowners. Implementing effective follow-up strategies to nurture potential leads and maintain ongoing communication with homeowners who may not be ready to commit immediately. Developing familiarity with the geographical area and local demographics to optimize lead generation efforts.
