Recondition pre-owned inventory to retail-ready condition. Shop & Equipment Maintenance Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times. Properly use and maintain dealership tools and diagnostic equipment. Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately. Teamwork & Development Work closely with service advisors, parts department, and other technicians. Assist with training junior technicians or apprentices as needed. Stay current with ongoing training, certifications, and updated repair techniques.
