Apply at www.corporatecare.com/careers EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS • 1 year experience and or training desired but not mandatory; we provide training • Demonstrated ability to work as a team • photo taking skills a plus • Valid driver license required • Ability to handle changing priorities and achieve desired objectives required • Ability to work nights and weekends and adjust scheduled to meet business needs ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensures all work is completed per work order instructions and ensures work orders are then completed with all proper time and notes captured • Ensures all scheduled jobs come in at budgeted scheduled hours or better • Understand/accurately perform all cleaning (restorative/maintenance) methods for carpet, furniture and wall panels, to include, upholstery, fabric, and leather • Understand and accurately perform cleaning (restorative and maintenance) methods for hard surfaces including but not limited to ceramic, porcelain and stone • Understand and accurately perform water damage restoration • Complete work order paperwork, before/after pictures after each job and notify supervisor of any special circumstances. • Responsible for maintaining a safe work area including the use of caution signs and barriers • Be able to drive company vehicles to and from client locations • Responsible for care and cleanliness of cleaning equipment and vehicles • Report to work on time and in proper uniform • Pursue obtaining IICRC certifications in commercial carpet, upholstery, water restoration and ceramic tile • Follow rules, policies, regulations as outlined in company handbook • Must be able to fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner • Physical demands; while performing the duties of this job, you will be required to stand and walk, frequently required to use hands to fingers, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms, occasionally required to sit, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, frequently lift and or up to 50 pounds. • Communicate issues, concerns and questions to supervisor EXPECTED RESULTS • Effectively accomplish assigned work orders and efficient coordinate resources to address needs • Timely and effective response to team needs • Ensure consistent, accurate communication and alignment of efforts within the team • Obtain IICRC Carpet, Upholstery, Water Restoration and Hard Floors Certifications • Adherence to all policies and procedures Apply at www.corporatecare.com/careers.

Job Description: Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs. Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms. Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas. Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary. Clean and sanitize bathrooms. Cleaning windowsills and windows. Maintain janitor closets, supplies and equipment clean and organized Inform property manager when supplies are needed Wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times. General cleanliness of property Other routine basic cleaning duties as assigned Daily reports sent in writing to the on site property manager Follow proper timekeeping protocol Drive to different properties to clean apartments when need it

Cleaning ceiling lights/Replacing Burnt out lights. Cleaning spider webs/Cleaning property cameras . Blowing leaves once a day. Hosing down property in the morning. Keeping track of houshould supplies. There are 3 dogs that need to be walked and have their meals prepared daily BEING HANDY IS A PLUS. Must have CAR to get to work. We are hiring a Hot Oil Truck Operator to support oilfield service operations. This role involves safely transporting and handling heated oil at active oilfield job sites, following DOT regulations and company safety standards. A valid Class A CDL is required, and prior experience in oilfield or hot oil truck operations is strongly preferred. Responsibilities: • Safely operate a hot oil truck and associated equipment on active oilfield sites • Transport heated oil and other fluids in compliance with safety and environmental protocols • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections. • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of assigned equipment. • Complete daily logs and required documentation accurately. • Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and general labor as needed. • Be available for occasional after-hours or emergency response work. Qualifications: • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – Required • Driving experience – Preferred • 6+ months of hot oil truck and/or oilfield experience – Preferred • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission trucks. • Must pass DOT drug and alcohol screening and a background check. • Must provide a current Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) • Hazmat and Tanker endorsements – Required (can be obtained within the 90-day probationary period) Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more regularly. • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions • Physically able to climb, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods.
