That’s a plus! ________________________________________ Position: Helper / Mover Location: 2061 Lars Way, Medford OR 97501 Schedule: Full-Time; eligible for overtime Pay: $17/hr. and up, depending on experience ** Career Growth + Benefits + Team Culture ** ________________________________________ Job Responsibilities: What You'll Do • Load and unload household goods and furniture. • Pack items securely and efficiently for transport. • Provide timely and professional service to our customers. • Follow all safety protocols and procedures. • Represent the Lile brand with professionalism and pride. ________________________________________ Job Requirements: What You Bring • Prior experience in moving and packing is preferred. *We will train the right person.* • Able to frequently lift heavy items (50-100 lbs.) and perform physical work. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn • Excellent attendance is required. You must have reliable transportation or the ability to commute to and from the branch location (address above). ________________________________________ Opportunities and Benefits: Why Join Lile?
