So plenty of room for a trailer, a couple of cars, etc. $850 a month includes water, sewage, electric, and wifi. Space is equipped for 50amp or 30amp hookup. RV space has it's own dedicated wifi router installed. Six month lease minimum. Move in requirement is first and last month's rent. So $1700. Background and credit check are included in the rental application. Renter must have healthy credit and a good rental history. The space is ready immediately.
