Key Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth. Collect copays and prepare daily deposit. Manage scheduling, phones, and front-desk administrative tasks. Assist with billing processes. Support office staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications: Previous experience working in a medical office (front desk or billing). Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Detail oriented a must Accuracy in counting or 10-key ability Ability to work semi-flexible hours (40 hrs), Monday–Friday only.
