We are looking for a few line cooks to join our bar & grill team. Basic menu items found in most bars. Looking for an applicant with some experience. Must have food handlers certificate.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food items in a fast-paced environment while following recipes, maintaining food safety standards, and working collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

We are looking for experienced line cooks to work at our Grill inside Polekatz. Must have experience, basic bar & grill menu knowledge.

Proper receiving of all incoming deliveries. Proper stock rotation of all products. Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour. This role is considered entry-level. Responsibilities include: Fill all requisitions properly and in a timely fashion Follow proper receiving guidelines for all incoming deliveries Inform supervision of any shortages on deliveries and requisitions Keep area neat and orderly, products properly labeled, dated and rotated - Coolers clean and organized Bundle cardboard boxes Take out garbage Keep area clean and organized Check beer kegs and soda All incoming deliveries should be: temperature checked, visually inspected, weighed/counted and each and every box open and inspected. Quality check (taste) all melons and fruits All other job duties as assigned by management. Requirements Must be authorized to work in the USA. We use E-Verify. As a Busser, you will clean and coordinate tables for the bar and dining room while maintaining the workability and organization of the Grill line.
