Properly clean and sanitize equipment, utensils & work surfaces in the kitchen area. Cook - Prepare & handle meals under the direction of the Chef, in accordance with the daily production schedule, to the satisfaction of the supervisor & residents. Dishwasher - To ensure all dishes and silverware that are used in the kitchen are always clean and ready for use.
