Maintain pattern block library. Partner closely with Design and Product Development to ensure garment intent is protected through the technical process. Ensure all garments align with company standards for fit, construction, and quality while maintaining seasonal deadlines What We’re Looking For 1-3 years of experience in technical design, preferably in activewear or performance apparel. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities. Strong understanding of garment construction, patterns and grading Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and 2D digital pattern making. Experience with 3D is a plus Proficiency in PLM (Centric experience is a plus) Collaborative approach to working cross-functionally with design, development, and production teams.
