Desktop Support Specialist (Downtown)
Location: Onsite – 5 days per week (DOWNTOWN CHICAGO) We are seeking a motivated Desktop Support Specialist to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support for employees, ensuring computer systems and conference room technologies run smoothly. You’ll primarily manage issues remotely from your desk but will also handle hands-on tasks such as equipment setup and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities : Provide helpdesk support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
