We are all working or are studying, so we're looking for somebody who will be in a similar position/stage of their life. We are looking for a roommate who is friendly, clean, and conscientious of shared living spaces. We value a quiet atmosphere, but are happy to hang out, watch a movie, have drinks, or cook together. The roommate is selling her bed ($400, price negotiable) and her desk ($50, price negotiable with room). We ideally are looking for somebody who is staying longer term (at least a year), but would consider shorter stays for the right person. To rent would be first + last month's rent, security deposit (1 month's rent), and a $100 change of lease fee. Utilities (electricity, gas, and wifi) are generally around $50-70/month. The apartment includes a dishwasher, garbage disposal, laundry in the basement, a living room and "flex" room. The bathroom will be shared with one other roommate. We are located less than a 10 minute walk from Coolidge Corner and Trader Joe's and Stop and Shop, conveniently right on the C line near Brandon Hall of the Green line. Easy to walk to the Longwood/hospital area, get downtown, or commute to Harvard Square via the 66 bus. Note: No pets allowed, and no parking (Brookline does not allow overnight parking on the street.
