Room with private entrance for rent in 1242 sq. ft. Birchwood home. Room is 10'8" x 14' with nice wood floors and large windows facing the front yard. Utilities etc. (Water/sewer/garbage also high speed internet, electricity, and gas) are all included so rent comes out to $750/month even. Very important is cleaning up, keeping the main house spotless and keeping personal belongings in designated areas. Please only apply if this is an environment you feel comfortable with and are confident you can maintain this level of cleanliness and structure. Your rented areas (room, cupboard space, etc.) are yours to do what you please with but the main house needs to be maintained when used. Looking for someone who is: -Clean -Respectful -Financially stable Rules: -No smoking -Some small pets okay (rats, mice, hamsters, fish, etc.) just ask. No dogs or cats. -Okay to have a friend or two over occasionally but no partying or live-ins. -Cleanliness in the main house area, personal belongings only in areas that are designated (room, bathroom, shelf space, etc.) There are four people in the house 3m 1f including myself. 30's professionals. We all mostly do our own thing but share friendly passing conversation. The house is usually pretty quiet with everyone working night/swing shifts and having quiet lifestyles. I am male, very active and health conscious, work on projects around the house when I'm here, sometimes I'll have family or a few friends over in the main house for dinner or board games.
