WANTED - Roommate starting in Late December / Early January Looking for a roommate to rent a private bedroom and private bathroom in my 3200 ft2 Townhouse in Kennett Square, PA. The rental also includes (and welcomes) shared usage of common spaces and appliances, AND a parking spot in the garage! Your private bedroom will be unfurnished so you will need to supply your own bedroom furniture. It has a walk-in closet with plenty of space for clothes and other items. The bedroom also has plenty of space for a dresser (or similar) and queen-size bed. (see pictures below) Your private bathroom has a full shower/bath and I will keep it stocked with all basic necessities. I also have plenty of towels and linens that you can use. All other common spaces in the house are furnished and you can use any of the spaces and appliances whenever you'd like! It's also worth noting that I live in a really cozy neighborhood with great neighbors, a beautiful walking trail, and a vast array of songbirds to listen to. I am very easy-going and generally very happy to have company around. I also have a wonderful cat, Tanya, who you will befriend if you give her time and space to acclimate to you 🙂. Common Spaces include: -Living room - with couch and TV -Kitchen - fully stocked with dishware, silverware, pots, pans, etc. -Dining room - with table, placemats, coasters, etc. -Outdoor patio (opens up at dining room) - with couches, table, and grill -Office - with desk and dual monitors -Basement - with couch, TV, workout equipment, and board games -Garage - with 1 parking spot for you (and 1 for me) -Storage areas - plenty of space available in 2 unused bedrooms and unfinished part of basement Common Appliances include: -Washing machine and dryer -Kitchen appliances such as refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, stove, blender, grill, dishwasher, etc. Rent will be $1,900 per month plus half the cost of utilities (gas/electric/water) and internet. Looking for 6-12 month lease with the option to renew.
