$1,650 / 3br - Private Master Bed and Bath! Pets Welcome! (San Marcos)

Hello there! My name is Michael, I am a 36 year old male and I am renting out the master bed and bath in my 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home in San Marcos. Driveway parking, full kitchen access, rent includes all utilities including internet, washer and dryer in the garage. 15 minutes to the 5 or 15, 2 miles to the 78, very central location for North County without the huge price tag. The rent is $1650 month to month or $1600 with a 6 month lease. $1100 Deposit. No evictions but I am willing to work with less than perfect credit. I take care of the yard and anything the house needs, my only expectation of you is to help keep the common areas tidy and pay rent on time. Pets are welcome, there is a gate to close off the backyard if you want it to be private. I have a potbelly pig named Paco who is very tame and just hangs out. There is a 3rd roommate, also 36 and named Michael, who is gone most of the time at work or at school. We are both very laid back and get along with just about anyone, neither of us drink/smoke/do drugs but we aren't against whatever you chose to do (within reason of course).
