We are looking for a roommate for our spacious 3bd/3br three-floor townhouse which is located in the beautiful Richmond marina bay. The rooms is located on the top floor, with 2nd floor as sitting room/kitchen and another bedroom on the ground floor. This townhouse is relatively new and was built in 2008. We'd prefer someone who is responsible, considerate, clean, drama-free and always pays rent on time. Lease is 6 months to start, negotiable for 3 months plus. Move-in cost will be the first month's rent, last month's rent as security deposit. The rent includes 1 parking spot inside the garage. Kitchen, dining room, living room and washer/dryer are shared. The house is located in beautiful marina Bay within steps to two beautiful parks (with free tennis courts), and the San Francisco Bay Trail which is perfect for biking, running or walking. Walking distance to ferry to San Francisco! 5 mins walking distance to a small shopping center that includes Starbucks, CVS, UPS, a hair/nail salon, a fitness gym, a few restaurants and a group of Tesla charging stations. We are two female professionals that respect each's privacy and get along well, and we're looking for a 3rd roommat who enjoys living a clean, quite and peaceful setting.
