One large unfurnished bedroom with walk-in closet and lots of natural light available in the DTLA area. Minutes to 110 freeway, USC, Metro A-Line, LA Live, groceries, and more. There is a community park within walking distance, as well as The Graff Lab. The space is an oversize two-bedroom, one bath back-house with no shared walls with other tenants. Utilities average around $200/month, which include high-speed internet, electricity, gas, garbage and water. Street parking only. No pets allowed. I am a single, queer female artist that curates exhibits in a gallery downtown. I teach M-F, 7:30 - 4. When I come home I like to make art (usually painting or editing video) in the living room and eat dinner in front of the TV. I also live stream karaoke frequently, and sometimes play trumpet. I really like my neighborhood and I've lived here for 3 years. There is a park across the street where kids play sports, and sometimes there are community events but it's very chill. Sometimes I walk to Dulce by USC and eat donuts. $1300/month + utilities, $650 deposit, $50 application fee
