Living Arrangements You’ll have the house to yourself 80% of the time, as I only visit 4–5 days a month, staying in the master bedroom (sometimes accompanied by my husband or a friend). We do spend holidays there as well, but are very low key. I am an elementary school principal in the Bay Area, and my husband is a builder/contractor also in the Bay Area. Our jobs keep us in the Bay most of the time, but we love to come enjoy the serenity of the land and space about every other weekend. We are a healthy couple, happy, happy and there is no drama when we are about. We love good food, good people, healthy living and I am in love with gardening, thinking, acting and speaking in the ways that we can make the world a better place, healing and being of service in different ways, and building community, but we also like our quiet time and space. We are both in our early 50s. Someone who wants to come and lend a hand with gardening and land care would be most welcome. ( -: I'm a permaculture lover by the way, in case you are familiar. My father, who is kind, private, and quiet, lives in a standalone cottage 50 yards away and can assist with property needs while respecting your privacy.
