I travel for my job so I am away quite often so it will be only the renter. You will have access to the living room , kitchen, bathroom and basement laundry facilities, the basement is otherwise off limits. I do have people take care of the outside property. The property is monitored for safety, with four outside cameras and ADT security. I have out door cats that the property manager cares for. Animals are negotiable. I am at the house 4 to 5 weeks a year. Two references and references will be verified and a back ground check is required.
