Two spots are opening up in our queer West Oakland home starting November 1 (or sooner!). We’re hoping to find folks excited to stay for at least a couple of years. Downstairs Bedroom 1 (pictured below with the yellow bedspread) -- $1,150 per month ($100-$150) Downstairs Bedroom 2 (larger + more windows with walk in closet) -- $1,250 per month + utilities ($100-$150) Near buses and 10min bike ride to BART. 3 car gated driveway! Brightly colored home with lots of communal space. Living room, art room and movement/exercise room indoors. Back porch, carport living room and garden/yard outside. Feel free to get involved with the garden and grow your own food and flowers. Washer/dryer in the house as part of our shared kitchen. Currently living in the house are two white queer roommates in their 30s. We are looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, and clean in communal spaces.
