I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the Greystone Apartments. The room can be rented as a single room, or as a double room! There are two other double rooms upstairs, so there are 4 other females living here who are 20-21 years old. The apartment has several amenities, including 1) Washing machine inside the apartment 2) air conditioning 3) microwave/refrigerator/oven/dishwasher 4) Patio The bedroom is spacious and is adjacent to a jack and jill style bathroom. A sink is separate from the main bathroom so that someone can groom/wash their hands while someone else showers. The apartment is nearby many nice dining locations, downtown, and Safeway is a walking distance away. It is also located nearby two bus stops in case you regularly ride the bus. Rent is $1,150/mo if you rent it as a single, and of this could be split between two people if you rent as a double. Utilities are included in the rent. Other details: - PG&E and Wifi bills are not included in the rent and are split evenly between the five tenants. -Security Deposit: $175 -Includes living room, kitchen, porch, and study area -Roommates: four females, UC Davis students. They are friendly and welcoming, and focused on their studies.
