Associate Offerings: • Paid for Orientation Day • Local with scheduled days off - Consistent, year-round work • Competitive Pay - $65,000 - $87,000 annually - Weekly pay guarantee • Bonuses - Safety Record, Associate Referrals • Paid Vacation & Personal time off and paid for 8 Holidays • Total Wellness Benefits Package - Medical, Dental and Vision plans • Generous 401K Match • Short & Long-Term Disability Insurance • Life Insurance Policy provided with option to add additional to your plan • Supplemental Life Insurance and Cancer Insurance Policies • Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) - Professional guidance for you and members of your household • Total Reward Discounts - Cash back on brands you love! • Voluntary Plans (CDL, Legal, Identity Protection, Medical Reimbursement) Qualifications: • 12 months experience driving a tractor trailer in the past 5 years • Valid Class A CDL, with a current DOT medical card • 21 years of age or older • Pass a road test • Acceptable driving record per policy • Acceptable responses to previous Employment Verifications • Pass a background check, and pre-employment tests • Safe driving record and continuous dedication to upholding high safety standards Responsibilities: • Safely drive a commercial motor vehicle (tractor and trailer) • Value your safety, always comply with safety/operating policies and procedures • Work well independently, and in a team setting • Value a positive and respectful work environment • Understand that delivering to our customers on-time keeps our company viable • Complete deliveries on schedule and interface with customers effectively • Follow company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same • Work cooperatively and productively with supervisors and other associates to complete tasks • Provide and inspire outstanding service to customers by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner • Perform and document pre and post trip inspections and complete all necessary paperwork • All other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Working knowledge of DOT rules and regulations • Deliver excellent customer service • Maintain all DOT required licenses and documentation • Able to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs. for touch freight positions • Adhere to DOT Rules and Regulations • Operate in a constant state of alertness, and safe manner • Safely get in and out of the cab on your own • Execute on-time pickup and deliveries • Adhere to safety and quality standards on and off the road • Interact in a positive and a professional manner with general public while delivering products to locations • Be a positive, team player with a commitment to deliver to our customers promise, doing Whatever It Takes!
