Our client, a high-end architecture firm, is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to support a Principal in New York, NY. The hours are 8:00am-5:00pm/9:00am-6:00pm with flexibility as needed. This role is hybrid, in office when the Principal is in office, with remote flexibility when they're traveling. Occasional travel to the Hamptons during the summer and minimal travel to Europe is required (housing provided). Responsibilities: * Provide seamless business and personal support, including complex calendar management, scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements * Coordinate with household staff and ensure accountability, project completion, and quality of work * Serve as the Principal's professional representative with discretion and polish * Anticipate needs, follow through on tasks, and provide proactive status updates without reminders * Coordinate personal tasks such as gift shopping, reservations, and household projects with a high level of taste * Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, including leveraging technology and AI tools Job Requirements: * 3+ years of EA/PA or similar support experience; prior experience supporting high-net-worth individuals required * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment * Tech-savvy, resourceful, and comfortable with AI/digital tools * Polished, adaptable, and presentable in a "trendy business casual" environment * Culturally aware and worldly; multilingual skills a plus * Stable work history with valid reasons for transitions * Collaborative, approachable, and resilient, with openness to constructive feedback Compensation/Benefits: * Up to $175K base salary * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 15 days PTO 401K with match * Friendly, close-knit office culture with strong tenure Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
