What We’re Looking For: - Excellent at networking (contacting Dance and theater schools/organizations and beauty pageants), social media marketing, scouting Talent utilizing different online platforms such as IG, tictok, FB groups, Backstage, and in-person scouting of new Talent, including: Models, Actors, Dancers, and singers of all ages. - A passion for the Fashion and the Acting Industry. - A proactive, creative, enthusiastic, detail-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills through phone calls and Emails. - Casting experience a huge plus as a former Casting Director, Casting Assistant, or experienced Actor. - Individual can be based anywhere in NYC, NJ, CT, PA, VA, DE with an EYE for scouting New Faces of ALL ages. Remote position/work from home. Work your own hours. No minimum requirements of hours. Results based. Commission based with quarterly bonuses.
