Hiring full time SERVICE/REPAIR plumbers. A minimum of 6 years plus experience in SERVICE/REPAIR plumbing. Ability to troubleshoot/diagnose plumbing fixtures: shower valves, toilets, faucets, water heaters, etc. and make repairs. Ability to install new plumbing fixtures. Ability to use snake machines. SUMMARY: Has full charge of all project field operations and the ultimate responsibility for a successful project(s). The Superintendent has the right to hire and fire all field employees that are under him/her. Authority to make key decisions impacting the overall success of the project(s). Has the authority to purchase materials, supplies and equipment as needed for the various jobs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Serves as field operations manager, overseeing and coordinating all field operations for the projects assigned. • Responsible for employee and independent contractor supervision including recruitment, performance/schedule management, quality control and discipline. • Prepare contractor draws and employee time sheets on a daily basis. • Perform the duties as the Competent Person. Primary safety representative enforcing company safety policy, toolbox talks, accident investigations and reports and other safety related duties. • Responsible for project cleanliness and housekeeping. • Responsible for material management including receiving, distribution, utilization and verification to contract documents. • Purchase and/or order miscellaneous materials, supplies and equipment as needed for various jobs. • All field layout in accordance with contract documents and/or approved shop/fabrication drawings. • Oversee all installations for compliance with the contract requirements and compliance with MIA, TCNA, APA, PCI and other industry standards. • Coordinate and work with the Titan Project Manager as well as representatives of the project Owners and General Contractors. • Implement and maintain tracking systems/matrix’s for installations and schedules. • Complete Daily Reports and other reports as may be required on a daily basis. • Hands on management which may include installation as the situation may require. • You will be exposed to all types of weather conditions. Eight (8) to ten (10) hour workdays. Bending, stooping, walking, climbing, rough terrain and lifting (50 lbs or less). • You will be exposed to construction jobsite conditions which require people to hear and understand emergency action signals from other individuals and from emergency systems. NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Performs other duties as assigned by Senior Management. EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIRED: • A high school diploma or GED. • Must have a current and valid driver’s license. • Must have management and planning capabilities. • The position requires good communication skills including email and basic computer skills DESIRED: • OSHA 10 Hour Certification. • Forklift Certification. • Scaffold Certification. • Rigging Certification. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • 5-7 years similar experience, preferably with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory position. • Stone and tile setting experience. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Field crew WORK SCHEDULE: 8-10 hour workdays Monday through Friday, with frequent weekend work. As required by the project schedule. Must have valid US work authorization Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. Drug-free workplace, Pre-employment drug screening required

Experienced Outboard Engine Mechanic candidates must be able to: identify, diagnose and repair two and four stroke outboard engines and boat systems which include electrical systems, plumbing and rigging. Qualified candidates will communicate with service advisors and the parts department throughout the repair process to assist in the establishment of a proper written estimate/work order. Certifications in Yamaha engine repair and maintenance a plus. This is a full-time position with potential overtime. EXPERIENCE-BASED PAY! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Inspect, maintain, and repair boats of all kinds • Utilize diagnostic equipment to test and repair boat engines, hulls, propellers, rigging, and navigational equipment • Install and test sanitation, electrical systems, steering gear, and accessories • Troubleshoot, test, repair, replace, remove and install vessel systems and components • Conduct thorough assessment prior to starting a job including; acknowledging the budgeted time and time frame for completion, proving the system and the element requiring service, sourcing parts if required • Overall knowledge of marine systems including electrical, plumbing & water systems • Troubleshoot, repair, and install vessel systems and components including but not limited to: electrical, electronics, plumbing & water systems (fresh, salt, and waste), and gas engines • Assign parts and purchases to the appropriate vessels/tickets • Must possess own tools • Availability to work overtime in order to meet deadlines TECHNICAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Technical school training preferred • Prior experience preferred • Ability to ascend and descend a ladder • Must carry own tools • Ability to work in confined spaces • Ability to lift 50 pounds • Basic boat handling skills preferred • Clean driver’s license MINIMUM SOFT SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and an understanding of customers' needs • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills while working both independently and within a team context • Organizational skills are a must • Demonstrates ability to prioritize and work unsupervised
