JOURNEYMAN DIESEL MECHANIC (Central Point)

Looking for full time groundskeeper and maintenance caretaker for our residential home. Daily duties would include yard and landscape maintenance, year round pool maintenance, interior and exterior maintenance. Many other misc things to do such as: Painting Basic electrical Basic plumbing Window cleaning Occasional interior cleaning Garage cleaning Weed and landscape maintenance Basic construction repair and or installation (doors, windows, trim, sheetrock etc) Special construction projects (occasionally) Pool maintenance and cleaning upkeeping $25/hr paid in cash (full time $50,000-$70,000 yearly) Mon-Fri and occasional Saturday optional Would like previous experience with electrical and plumbing, some construction and good common sense. Not be afraid or to good to pull weeds occasionally. As far as swimming pool maintenance, that and a few other things can be learned along the way.

Totally Chocolate is looking for a Maintenance Tech to join our maintenance team that keeps us running every day! As producers of custom chocolate products, we have a plant full of various types of machines that you will be trained to maintain. You bring a strong Mechanical and Electrical aptitude along with experience in the role that demonstrates your ability to troubleshoot and get us back online. The position is predominantly Monday to Friday day shift but may require occasional weekend or overtime during our peak winter months of production. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment Repair all production equipment as needed Perform breakdown analysis Perform general housekeeping Upgrade production lines with new equipment/technology Comply with GMP, safety, and audit standards Work independently under limited supervision (self-management) Documentation of work schedule and work tasks completed Production tasks as needed BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 18 years or older Pass the drug test; Pass the background check Experience with electrical systems, troubleshooting repair and installation. Experience with mechanical systems (e.g., gear boxes, chains, sprockets, motors, seals, bearings). Experience with product manuals (e.g., reading and applying knowledge to make repairs). Experience with troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns (pinpointing and fixing breakdowns).
