ShareThe preferred candidate will have the following: *The ability to communicate with customers and team members who primarily speak English is strongly preferred. *Must be able to read plans and follow verbal instructions and obey applicable safety regulations. *Must be able to tolerate working long hours in the Florida heat. *Must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs continuously; and up to 100lbs occasionally. *Exceedingly positive work attitude; a troubleshooter and problem solver. *High attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. *Hold a valid Florida Driver’s license and qualify through the company's insurance carrier. Typical work week is Monday-Friday, 6:30am to 4pm; with additional hours available occasionally.
