DRYWALL SUB CONTRACT WORK (Brevard County Florida)

I am local Drywall Company in the process of expanding my Sub-Contractor base with licensed and insured drywallers and drywall finishers. All of the jobs would already be booked and ready to go(This is not Angie's list or Home Advisor), just need a crew out there to complete the work. We have jobs ready to start as soon as this upcoming week. The 4 requirements are the following: 1. Workers Comp (If you have employees) 2. General Liability Insurance 3. HERE IS MY PROCESS: •I email a PDF with the scope of work, pictures, what we ARE doing, NOT doing, mud, texture, paint, etc. It also has WHAT I PAY YOU for your labor and materials. •You decide if you want to do it •You schedule the client(Flexibility to work it in your gaps) and produce it •I collect for you •I pay you by direct deposit once the client confirms they are happy!! INTANGIBLES DESIRED: •Good communication with clients - do what you say, show when you say. Showing up late is not an option. •Care about your work!
