Installer Apprentice / Helper – $18–$22/hr (FT, M–F) – ASAP Blinds Compensation: $18–$22 per hour, based on experience Employment type: Full-time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM start time Location: Residential & commercial job sites (travel from central office) ASAP Blinds is hiring a full-time Installer Apprentice / Helper to assist with the installation and servicing of custom window treatments. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade and grow into a lead installer or service technician role. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Assist with installation of blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, and motorized systems - Support experienced installers on job sites (residential and commercial) - Help maintain tools and clean work areas - Interact professionally with clients and team members - Learn new skills with the goal of career advancement QUALIFICATIONS: - Basic mechanical aptitude (comfortable using hand and power tools) - Experience or interest in carpentry, electrical work, or automation is a plus - Must be physically able to lift 25–50 lbs and work on ladders - Comfortable kneeling, climbing, stooping, and working on your feet - Valid driver’s license with minimum 3 years of driving experience - High school diploma or GED - Clean, professional appearance WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: - Respectful and reliable - Willing to learn and take direction - Career-minded with a strong work ethic - Detail-oriented and organized - Great attitude and team player WHAT WE OFFER: - $18–$22/hour based on experience - Full-time hours (Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM start) - On-the-job training - Opportunity to grow into lead roles - Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays - Work in beautiful residential and commercial environments HOW TO APPLY: Email your resume Please include your name, phone number, and brief work experience.
