Contractor/ Developer looking for Working Project Superintendent to assist in new custom home building. The ideal candidate should be experienced in high end residential construction, be self-motivated, on time, hard working, detail oriented, non-smoking, and maintain a positive attitude and good appearance. As an added benefit, they would be able to self perform some work when necessary including, but not limited to, grading, drainage, concrete, landscape, irrigation, framing, plumbing, electrical and be able to deal with trades, scheduling, permitting, public agencies, underground utilities, inspectors, bidding, material ordering and efficiently run crews.
