Good knowledge of reading blueprints, plumbing and mechanical code. Good mechanical product knowledge and application skills for Boilers, Chillers, hydronic heating and cooling, radiant floor, and snow melt. Experience with black iron, copper, PVC, and PEX piping systems Experience with ProPress tools, soldering, and brazing. Fitters must be able to do industrial pipe work with all tools. Job Requirements for Sheet Metal Mechanics: • Qualified HVAC Mechanics should have at least 5 years of commercial HVAC experience • Must be able to read blueprints and install units/ductwork. • Must be able to work unassisted with little to no supervision • Must have all hand tools and PPE.
