Must have own basic measuring tools Should know G and M codes, able to edit/verify programs, inspect your own work Programming with Surfcam, Mastercam and Solidworks knowledge is A PLUS We machine metals and plastics, multiple operation parts, close tolerances, assemblies, frames Skill Level Knowledge Requirements : • Tend to one or more machine tools to machine metal and non-metal work pieces .• Complete routine machine maintenance. • Capable of interpreting and editing CNC programs using Haas controls. Knowledge of Surfcam, Mastercam and SolidWorks is an advantage • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. • Reads blue print and job traveler specifications to determine the proper tooling required to set up each operation. • Builds fixtures as required to hold work piece. • Observes operation of machine and verifies conformance of work piece to specifications using standard measuring tools. • Modify programs as required to meet product conformity. • Replace cutting tools as required to meet product conformity. • Maintain statistical reporting. • Deburr work pieces as required. • Clean parts as required. The Dance Center is looking for a dynamic person to run the front office of our busy dance studio. The ideal candidate is skilled in customer service, thrives on organization, and has experience managing business operations. We’re seeking someone with excellent communication skills, takes initiative to own tasks and thinks strategically, while also being able to collaborate with and supervise a small team. The position is approximately 25-30 hours/week, Tuesdays through Fridays, hours from 1-6 pm and Saturday mornings 9-12:30.
