ShareNational field service company in search of motivated Field Inspectors, Independent Contractors, or inspection companies to service Allegheny County As an Independent Mortgage Field Inspector, you’ll be conducting exterior occupancy checks (drive-by-no appointment needed), along with providing property condition photos, door card delivery and interior inspections on vacant, bank owned properties. Applicant Requirements: Must be local to, or within a reasonable distance from the county/area you’re interested in and have regular, daylight availability as Inspections must be completed during daylight hours. Applicants will also need: an updated Android or IOS Apple phone, Computer, Printer, High Speed Internet, GPS, and a Volt Stick/Voltage Tester. The successful candidate will have access to dependable, fuel-efficient transportation and the ability to work independently, utilizing strong time management skills to meet deadlines. Must be 18 years or older with a valid Driver’s License and the ability to pass an industry standard background check. This is a 1099, contract opportunity.
