Skills - Excellent customer service skills with tenants and vendors. - Experience in facilities management and overseeing property maintenance activities. - Previous experience in property management is preferred. - Light handyman experience is preferred. My lovely children's offering of THE CLYDE CHRONICLES is a love letter to all very small children and their parents as to how to be kind to one another and basically. gee whiz, just an instruction book for how to get along with each other. I am so proud to say that I am the sole author, the writer, the pictures illustrator, the copyrighter, and the publisher by way of my company CAMEL PRESS. Jill, my dear daughter so beautifully drew Clyde's portrait and so perfectly captured the essence of who he is. Right now at this time, I feel my Clyde is finally ready for his close-up and that ANIMATION is the way to go.
