Role Requirements - Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with high attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to interact with all levels of staff, clients, and stakeholders. - Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage competing priorities. - Experience in custodial or facility management (preferred). - Strong knowledge of floor care, cleaning techniques, and equipment (a plus). Physical Requirements - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking.
