SUMMARY: Provides technical support to the university community. Resolves moderately complex technical problems (tier 1 and some tier 2), and may provide functional direction to student employees, as needed. Install, configure, administer and maintain currently supported and subsequent versions of network offerings within a commercial cloud tenant construct. Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP), The contractor shall ensure all documents and reports are written and formatted properly. Monitor tenant performance utilizing cloud based monitoring and alerting software.
