Availability during the day, during the week is also available. We are seeking Caregivers dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care and assistance to clients in their homes. Caregivers provide a variety of personal care and general wellness duties to client’s who rely on our care. These duties may include personal hygiene and grooming care; Assistance with toileting, ambulation, etc.; Providing meals for clients' nutritional needs; Reporting changes in clients' condition to supervisor, or client care coordinator; Performing routine housekeeping and home management duties; Recording each client's care on care plan and submitting care plan in a timely manner; Assisting with providing emotional support for the clients and their families; Assisting with routine therapy exercises; Participating in case conferences as requested; Attends all required in-service education sessions.
