WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU CNA certification Ability to provide compassionate patient care Ability to perform the physical duties of the position, including lifting 25 pounds, moving throughout the day, and helping residents evacuate during emergency situations English communication skills CNA experience in a long-term care setting would be preferred.
