Line Cook / Full time You’ll be working on the front lines — cooking, plating, and delivering Miami-inspired dishes with speed, precision, and pride. What we’re looking for: 1+ year experience in a fast-paced kitchen Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Ability to work clean, organized, and calm under pressure Team player with a positive attitude 2. Prep Cook - Part time You’re the backbone of the operation — prepping ingredients, sauces, and proteins that keep JAMA running smoothly. What we’re looking for: Basic knife and prep skills Reliable, organized, and focused on quality Able to follow recipes and safety standards Great attitude and willingness to learn 3. Guest Counter Associate - part time You’re the face of JAMA — greeting guests, taking orders, running food, and creating a great customer experience.
