ABOUT THE ROLE: The Café serves as the store’s epicenter for nourishing, ready to eat, drinks and meals. The team serves chef-created, farm-to-table food by the pound for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each member will build an expertise in espresso, tea, smoothies, and the creation of seasonal beverages. The role is fast-paced and requires the ability to create a consistent and friendly experience for our customers while maintaining a highly organized space in our open kitchen. ABOUT THE TEAM: Our Café Team serves seasonal deli-style food by the pound, rotisserie classics, prepared foods and grab & go dishes made by our kitchen team using the same farm direct ingredients you can shop in the store. The Café Team also serves sustainably sourced coffee, teas, house-made shrubs, tonics and smoothies.
