Description

We are looking for a part time setup/delivery specialist for our breakfast and lunch catering events and who is available weekdays from early morning (4am). * Must own your own 4-dooror vehicle (SUV preferred). Do NOT apply if you do not own your own vehicle. * Must have at least 1 year prior food or catering experience (references required). * Must have a valid license and photo id. * Must be able to lift 50 pounds. * Must be friendly and have customer oriented manners at all times. * Attention to detail is a must. We will be judging your detail very closely. Details: * Start time is usually around 4-5 am (sometimes earlier depending on event start time) * End time is usually around 3-4 (sometimes 1 hour later depending on event end time) * We will pay for all tolls and prorated rate for gas expenses during work hours. * Complimentary meal or meal stipend will be offered Responsibilities: * Go over with the team for the day's event(s) you will be involved * Pack your crates with all chafers, boxed food, drinks, and plating/utensils * Head to your breakfast and setup our chafers, boxed food and beverages at the event location. * Come directly back to the kitchen to prep for lunch and assist with packing duties. * Head out for lunch and once lunch is complete, head back to the event for cleanup/pickup. * Come back to the kitchen, clean and store all event non disposables.
