Server/Waitstaff – 97 Happy KTV (New York, NY) Full-time or Part-time 97 Happy KTV is looking for enthusiastic Servers/Waitstaff to join our brand-new team in New York City. If you’re energetic, sales-oriented, and passionate about hospitality, this is your opportunity to grow with us in a fun, dynamic environment. Responsibilities • Greet and guide guests to their seating areas. • Serve a variety of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and snacks promptly and accurately. • Recommend and upsell cocktails, drinks, and special package menus. • Anticipate guest needs, answer menu questions, and provide excellent customer service. • Handle cash and process payments through POS systems. • Collaborate with the kitchen for timely food and beverage delivery. • Maintain cleanliness and restock supplies in service areas and karaoke booths. • Follow all food handling and safety regulations. Qualifications • Previous serving/food service experience preferred, but not required. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying positive and professional. • Sales-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for upselling. • Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and holidays). • Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems is a plus.
