Duties and Requirements: Ideally 1+ years experience in a similar, fast paced restaurant or kitchen; must be self directed, professional and highly motivated to get orders out in a timely manner. Must be able to read tickets quickly and keep food orders organized. Must be able to work quickly under pressure, follow instructions and work as a team. Must be able to lift, carry and move up to 50 pounds of products, supplies and equipment. Able to stand for long periods of time, make visual inspections, work in a tight, fast paced, warm/hot environment. Be willing to learn other stations and positions Must be a strong reader, excellent communicator, team oriented and comfortable with technology - email, texting, possess a working cell phone.
