We are a family owned and operated subcontracting business located in Tampa FL who specializes in bleachers and FDOT Handrail. We are currently looking for an administration assistant to work in our office Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 3:30pm with no weekends. You will mainly be responsible for locating projects on different websites, getting quotes from our project manager, composing proposals to send out to General Contractors, following up on proposals. You will also be responsible for answering the phones, filing and maintaining an accurate production logs, sending out requested marketing material, booking hotel stays for our crews as well as any other office related tasks that may be asked by your superiors. Extensive communication and follow-up is a MUST in this position. A friendly/professional demeanor is needed as you may be the first person someone speaks to when contacting the company via phone. Bilingual is a plus, please note on resume. Requirements: You must be able to work Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:30pm every day. You must have a friendly and professional demeanor. You must be exceptional in Microsoft Word & Excel and also Outlook. You must have strong communication skills and not afraid be to follow up with clients and ask for projects. You must be highly organized and able to accurately file and track past accounts. Being detail oriented is important in this position. You must have your own, reliable transportation.
