Office Admin - Part Time (Enterprise, Alabama)

We have an opening for a part-time receptionist in our senior assisted living community (24-32 hours/week). Hours are 8:30- 5pm. Weekends required. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting guests, setting up volunteers for activity/events, opening mail/packages and interacting with visitors. Must be comfortable being in a healthcare setting for seniors and have strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Google docs. We are a family friendly work environment and our goal is to provide safe compassionate care for our residents in a therapeutic and engaging environment.
