Data Entry Specialist (boston: boston/cambridge/brookline)

Our client, a reputable University in Boston, MA is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our Student Health Service Insurance Department for a temporary, onsite role. This position is ideal for someone with strong data entry and customer service skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced administrative environment. Position Details: Location: Onsite in Boston, MA Hours: Monday to Friday, 6 hours/day (30 hours/week) Duration: 3 months Compensation: $18/hour Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily and monthly insurance billing processes Respond to inquiries via phone and email regarding the Student Health Insurance Plan Monitor and manage the department's email inbox Provide accurate information and support to students about insurance coverage Follow up on insurance claims and related documentation Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with relevant parties Qualifications: Previous experience in data entry and customer service required Strong communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Comfortable handling confidential information Proficiency with email systems and basic office software This is a great opportunity to contribute to a supportive team and help students navigate their health insurance needs.
