Generous size (16'x16') private and cozy basement room with private entrance and large closet. Parking is just outside the door. Can be furnished or not. This room is very quiet in a natural setting with epic views and hiking just a minute away. Private outdoor space with beautiful views. It has shared bathroom and kitchen upstairs and shared laundry just outside of the room in the basement with some storage adjacent to the room. This is for one person only. No pets. I will not respond to inquiries outside these parameters. We are a family of three. Mom and two teenagers. So no drugs or alcohol here. We keep a high vibe house. This is a walkable neighborhood and is 25 minutes from downtown Asheville. We are welcoming and friendly but also busy and somewhat introverted. If you need a place for just a couple weeks or a visit for a month or three we can be flexible. Utilities are separate for monthly rental.
