Bedroom for rent with private bath. I have rented this 4 bd/3 bath house for 8 years. As the ownership has changed, the rent increased. I'm looking for someone GOOD to split the house with, to save on bills. The house is old, but it's safe and comfortable. I love all my neighbors. There are empty rooms downstairs (basement) that are great for hobbies, or storage. Kitchen is gas stove cooking, with a dishwasher. The backyard is really big with a creek.. Looking for someone financially dependable, that is a similar schedule fit, etc.. Rent is 700, plus half utilities. You can park on the street, in front. The airport is 3 miles away. Midtown, about 4 miles.. Grocery stores are about a mile. Deposit will be 500.00. Any other questions, just ask..
