I’m looking to rent out my basement… Basement rental would be $700 which includes utilities. Ok Basement has bathroom and shower. Both include driveway parking and access to washer and dryer. Kitchen will be communal and we can figure out logistics of living arrangements. I have a dog and if you have one they have to be introduced and see if they get along.
