Hello! I'm looking for a housemate for an October-November move in. I've been in this 2/1 unit for over a year now in Glover Park, rooming with my friend who is moving out to live with his partner. The unit is 2 bed 1 bath at the Beecher House and I'm comfortable living with male or female housemates (I have prior experience with both and have references upon request). $1,600 per month with all utilities included in that price. Internet is split and is $34/month. The available room will be unfurnished. Nice open windows on the ground floor, but tucked down a bit on the hill for protection from cars and noise. We've got our own private entry way here on the backside of the building and our own patio/porch/garden area. There's storage in the building basement and laundry in the building as well. Central air. The neighborhood is quiet and with lots of tree/canopy coverage, with trails behind us, along with walking distance to about 4 different grocery stores. There's a bikeshare a block away and bus stops very close. Plenty of street parking available and paid parking on the lot is optional. I'm Grant, a 38 year-old living in DC for about 2.5 years now who works in finance. I enjoy being active and healthy, mentally and physically.
